Act as a point of contact for residents for concerns that they may have within a building. Controlling all vehicles and pedestrian traffic entering the property. Greet direct, sign in guest(s) and answer pertinent questions. Monitor security cameras - keen observation and attentiveness.

Detailed and thorough record keeping (Memo book, incident reports, incident reporting) Issue and receipt of keys to trades, building staff and contractors. Maintain an organized working environment. Enforce property rules and regulations to ensure the security and safety of our clients/ assets. Operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios and phones. Respond to major incidents timely (fire, flood, elevator entrapment, medical and criminal activity) Ensure that the Condominium Safety and Emergency Procedures are followed. Complete walking patrols and inspections of facilities and equipment based on assigned schedule. Create assigned reports.

QualificationsExperience in security/ concierge services in a condominium (an asset) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Valid Ontario Security License Reliable and exceptional judgement skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Able to work set shifts (nights, afternoons, evenings & weekends, rotational shifts) Proficiency with computers and MS Office Team player - positive, honest and motivated
