*Please note this role is based a 75 minute drive from Auckland City onsite in Te Arai. Te Arai Links is a world-class destination, boasting two top 100 in the world, pure links golf courses along with a variety of activities such as mountain biking, water sports, tennis, pickleball and now our newest addition, a luxury Spa & Fitness Centre opening in November 2025. Based a 75 minute drive from Auckland our Spa & Fitness Centre will be New Zealand's premier luxury destination to offering the ultimate relaxation and wellbeing experience.

In this role, you will be assisting with the management of the Spa & Fitness Centre at this luxury location. Delivering an exceptional, world-class wellness experience in a stunning coastal setting. You will exceed expectations by providing impeccable service, build rapport with members and guests, and use your intuition and attention to detail to provide an exceptional experience for all clients of the Spa & Fitness Centre.  Key responsibilities will include:

 Ability to run the Spa & Fitness Centre in the absence of the Wellness ManagerAssist with recruiting, training and motivating the team in this brand new luxury centreBuild strong relationships with members, guests and key suppliers/contractorsWork closely with other resort teams to ensure a streamlined serviceAbout you You will bring your passion for wellness, leadership and strong industry experience, exceptional customer service and a love for coaching and development, other attributes that would contribute to your success would include:

 10-15 years’ experience as a Spa Therapist in high-end, luxury service establishments5 years working in a similar supervisory roleStrong commercial acumen to support with revenue targetsNZQA Level 5 qualification or equivalent in Spa or Massage Therapy is essentialProficiency in the MS Suite, Spa and Property Management software is desirableExcellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work flexible hours as required including public holidays/nights/weekends Qualifications in personal training, yoga or similar wellness disciplines would be advantageous but not essentialNZ Driver’s LicenseWhy join us? An environment with expansive ocean and island views the bespoke golf courses, guest accommodations, restaurants, bars, pro shop, retail and concierge set an elevated tone to the member, guest, and employee experienceBecome a part of our family!
