This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in a role that provides quality advice, influences strategic people practices, supports governance related HR functions and appointment processes, and execution of development and implementation of HR transformation initiatives across Te Rūnanga Group.
You'll be working within a highly agile and collaborative team who prioritise communication and support to manage and address changing priorities and the fast-paced nature of the mahi. About YouYou are an experienced and strategic HR professional who brings sound judgement, discretion, and a calm presence to complex and often sensitive situations.
You Will BringAt least 10 years of experience in a senior HR/ER role, with experience navigating complex and sensitive working environmentsProven ability to represent employers at employment mediationsStrong governance experience, including a demonstrated understanding (and experience in supporting) best practice for evaluation, professional development, and appointmentsA history of working as a trusted advisor, with demonstrated ability to influence and build credibility across senior leadership and governance groupsDeep knowledge of employment relations, privacy, and relevant legislation, and a proven ability to apply it in real-world settingsDemonstrated experience in implementing organisational HR strategies and policy frameworksExcellent relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsThis role offers a blend of strategic influence and operational depth.
