Duty & ResponsibilitiesGreeting customers in a friendly manner and manage customers queriesPrepare beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferencesUtilize proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure the qualityProvide friendly and attentive customer service, greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their beverage based on their preferences and dietary restrictionsPrepare drinks by following the prescribed recipes and preparation techniquesEnsure knowledge of menu and productsAccurately process customer orders, handle cash and electronic paymentsAct in compliance to operational policies and proceduresCommunicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu itemsMaintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the tea barista area to meet the requirements of Health & Safety and Hygiene ProtocolEnsure sufficient stock at all time by monitoring tea inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, restocking supplies, handling stock delivery upon arrival as needed and communicating inventory needs to managementHandle daily administrative tasks related to outlet operationsResponsible, highly motivated and proactive individual with regular and punctual attendancePrior working experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyBasic math skills for processing payment and handling cash transactionsAble to work and collaborate as a team to achieve outlet targetsFlexibility to work various shifts, work evening, weekends, and holidays as needed
