The ideal candidate should be able to create engaging lessons, manage a classroom effectively, and inspire students to reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging, and age-appropriate lessons.Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.Evaluate and monitor students' progress through tests, assignments, and observations.Maintain accurate and organized student records.Provide regular feedback to parents/guardians on student performance.Prepare teaching materials and use appropriate teaching aids.Encourage students' participation, creativity, and critical thinking.Uphold the school’s values, policies, and code of conduct.Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and school events.Requirements:Previous teaching experience is an advantage.Strong communication and classroom management skills.Ability to use modern teaching methods and basic ICT tools.Passion for teaching and genuine care for students’ academic and emotional well-being.
