Job Description

**RESPONSIBILITIES1. Recruitment Duties- Liaise with all LLV business lines to establish immediate and projected recruitment needs;- Directly involve in recruitment process, including but not limited to: job advertisement, CV screening, offer preparation & negotiation,...- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, quality of hire) and propose improvements;2. Teacher Support & Welfare- Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new teachers, ensuring smooth relocation and integration;- Maintain sufficient contact with teachers, existing and new, to assist with any contractual/visa/work permit interpretation or concerns;- Maintain proactive communication with teachers to address welfare, contractual, or performance-related concerns;- Collaborate with Academic Managers on non-academic evaluations and performance tracking;- Promote an environment that will assist in the retention of existing teachers (i.e. remain positive, encouraging, and supportive throughout teachers’ tenure/ suggest any policy changes that might encourage higher teacher retention);- Prepare and deliver HR Induction to new teachers before every academic year;3. Market Research & Teacher Source Development- Monitor market trends and competitors’ employment packages to develop and ensure LLV’s packages remain competitive;- Review and refine policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency;- Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to senior management and business units;4. Budget Management- Develop, monitor, and manage the TR annual budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for recruitment campaigns, onboarding activities, and teacher engagement programs;- Track and control expenditures to stay within approved budgets while maintaining quality and effectiveness of recruitment and welfare initiatives;- Prepare budget forecasts and provide regular financial reports to the Head of HR and BOM.5. Team Management- Lead, coach, and develop the TRW team to achieve recruitment and retention goals;- Set team KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure service excellence across all business lines;- Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure the team’s professional growth;6. Recruitment Management- Design the TR strategic planning and yearly actions plan and TR budget to meet the recruitment targets based on market analysis and searching;- Do branding initiatives to raise brand awareness in Teachers labor market within Viet Nam and overseas market;- Design the Teacher Pay structures and benefit policy in alignment with market trend and ensure competitiveness of LLV;- Liaison with Head of HR in dealing with welfare for Expat employees, for Teachers and management positions (if any);- Working location: 34T Hoàng Đạo Thúy, Hà Nội- Working time: 8h30 - 17h30, Mons - Fri**JOB BENEFIT: - Competitive salary package, signing bonus if onboard before Tet - 16 Annual Leave and 3 Sick Leave per year- Social, Health and Unemployment Insurances (contributed on full salary)- Premium Health Care by LLV- Free English courses for employee’s children based on availability of seats- Salary review on a yearly basis- Teambuilding/ company trip yearly, bonus/ gifts on some holidays/ special occasions**JOB REQUIREMENTSESSENTIAL:- Bachelor’s degree in any field;- At least 3-5 years of experience in teacher or expatriate recruitment, including 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role;- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills;- Excellent written and communication English;- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to negotiate offers effectively with candidates and teams;- Ability to conduct research, analyse data, and solve problems to create and improve hiring strategies.DESIRABLE:- Having strong understanding of Vietnam’s labour code, immigration regulations for foreign nationals;- Having worked in an international working environment;- A deep understanding of compensation and benefits, and familiarity with local labor laws.
