Bridport Primary School is looking for a Teaching Assistant G5 to join our fantastic team. Could this be you?Actual Salary £17,568 - £17,847 per annum (Grade 5)This job is Part Time - Term Time Only for 30 hours per week and 38.4 weeks per year.It is offered on a Temporary basis until 31 August 2026. We hope to be able to extend beyond this date, dependent on funding.Approximate start date 5 January 2026.Closing date: 5 December at midday.Interview date: 10 December (am).We are looking for a skilled and dedicated member of staff to join our hard working team of TA's.This post will involve support for children with Education and Health Care Plans who require additional support to access school life.Essential qualities include discretion, empathy, professionalism and good personal organisation with great communication skills and a desire to see young people achieve their potential. This check will be part of a safeguarding check, and the search will purely be based on whether an individual is suitable to work with children. All aspects of social media and internet searches will be conducted.
