About The OpportunityThe Technical Account manager role is a key pillar of the Technical Account Management team, sitting within the Operations organization's Technical Services function. We utilize knowledge of business objectives and technical environment to maintain, service, and optimize exchange integrations for growth. As a Technical Account Manager, you will help develop strategic partnerships with Teads' supply partners, collaborating with account managers, sales, product, and operations teams worldwide to drive revenue growth.

Your main responsibility will be to maximize potential by leveraging data, implementing new and established best practices, and optimizing connections and partner performance. Reporting to the Lead Technical Account Manager, you will work closely with the Technical Account Management and Business Development teams, managing operations and analytics for a subset of supply integrations. You will apply your technical and analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, maintain integrations, and provide valuable business insights to cross-functional teams. What will you do?As a Technical Account Manager, your mission will be to:

Support global business teams to improve and increase activity around supply buying of Teads inventory. Client Relationship Management: Act as the Ambassador for internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a deep understanding of trading technologies. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Address integration liquidity blockers by examining system interactions and data flows to identify and resolve issues. Troubleshoot complex issues related to campaign delivery, data discrepancies, and integrations. Integration & Onboarding Support: Lead the onboarding process for new supply ensuring their smooth integration. Guide through the integration process, including setup, testing, and validation. Optimization and Performance Monitoring:

Develop custom dashboards and alerting to monitor and track the success of new supply initiatives. Effectively optimize to meet partner KPIs and maintain profitabilityProactive Health Checks & Reporting: Analyze historical spend and health trends to identify aberrations and provide cross-functional teams with valuable business insights. Be a contributor, from a business and product perspective to the ongoing process of solidifying the technical flow and business aspects. Coordinate with Product, Engineering and other specialist solutions teams in identifying, reporting and resolving product issues and wider problemsScale supply partners post-integration by supporting all delivery processes from the partnership perspective.

Deliver monthly or quarterly performance reports to clients, offering actionable insights on platform usage and revenue generation. Educate supply clients about the DSP capabilities, features, and best practices. Develop and maintain training materials. Compliance & Security: Ensure that the technical aspects of the integration adhere to the relevant security standards, privacy policies and industry regulations. What will you bring to the team?Ability to be a project owner, working simultaneously on multiple projects and delivering results while maintaining routine tasks. Ability to combine highly technical skills with relationship-building skills to be able to provide both analysis and business insights.

An analytical person who enjoys working with large sets of data, including solid usage of SQL, Excel, Google Sheets and other BI Platforms (ex. Looker Studio…). Fluent and proficient in English (verbal and writing).
