This opportunity offers the chance to provide exceptional administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and an environment where innovation, learning, and growth are central values.The ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities in this role include:Arrange travel bookings, manage diaries, coordinate day-to-day activities, organise meetings, and catering as requiredSupport monthly corporate card reconciliations, invoice approvals, and personal expense reimbursementsAssist with general administrative activities such as document management, scanning, printing, report compilation, and mail distributionPrepare team meeting agendas, minutes, and coordinate follow-up actionsAssist with onboarding new starters, liaising with IT for equipment setup and inductionOrganise team events and conferences, including logistics, catering, and materials preparationProvide overflow and ad hoc support to the Executive Assistant as needed.The ExpertiseWe are seeking someone with:Experience working in a corporate environment, ideally within funds or propertyProven organisational, multitasking, and time management skillsAttention to detail and strong integrityGreat stakeholder management skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skillsProactive problem-solving abilities and high level of initiativeMS Office Suite experience, and exposure to using Yardi or managing POsAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team setting.The Next StepFor a confidential discussion, please contact Isabella Armati on 0417 937 303 or email isabella@assistantsydney.com.au.
