You can contribute to developing Pedestrian Autonomous Driving, applied in the Glasses for the Blind, the most innovative mobility solution that will empower millions to live a better life. This is for the crazy ones, the ones who believe their work can change the world.We're looking for a Team Assistant to keep things running smoothly around the office.Some of the fields of interest:-    Establish effective office systems and procedures.-    Responsible for purchasing office supplies.-    Responsible for managing diaries, organizing internal/external meetings, support in organizing events.-    Booking travel, hotels and couriers.-    Dealing with confidential information in a diplomatic style.-     Manage and organize the bookings for building inductions and access rights to the building.Your skillsFirst and foremost, curiosity and grit. What you will be doing is on the cutting edge of what is possible and has never been done before.-       Administrative experience, ability to multitask, excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on the quality of work.-       Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on organization and efficiency.-       English proficiency.-       Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.-       Ability to be flexible and adaptable in the face of changing organizational priorities and ambiguous environments.Your life @.lumenYou will be part of the team that changed the world, from Romania.
