Job Description

Puma Capital Group are looking for a Team Assistant to join our team in London. Within this role, you will join our growing business to provide administrative support across multiple areas. The individual will predominantly support our Puma Growth Partners team, whilst also providing support to the Managing Director for Puma Investments, and our Chief People Officer.The individual will be experienced, proactive, and able to demonstrate exceptional planning and organisational skills, remaining calm under pressure and working with flexibility. Excellent communication skills are fundamental, and the successful candidate will be enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to building relationships. The role also requires a high standard quality of work and an excellent attention to detail. Role Responsibilities:Extensive diary management for the Managing Director, Puma Growth Partners, and the wider PGP team, alongside the Managing Director, Puma InvestmentsScheduling meetings and arranging travel requirements (primarily UK based)Be on hand throughout the working day to set up calls and execute last minute diary changesProvide support and general administration for Puma Growth Partners and Puma Investments, creating, editing, and formatting documents and presentations for regular monthly, quarterly and ad hoc meetingsArranging for the signing and circulation of documents (booking couriers if necessary)Regularly updating monitoring reportsWork with the Marketing Team to organise eventsWork with other Team Assistants to ensure effective absence coverProvide diary management and ad hoc administrative support to the Chief People OfficerPrepare and submit monthly expense reports on behalf of the Chief People OfficerSupport the coordination of training sessions for new joiners (Induction, Values, and Inclusivity training) on an ad hoc basisOther ad hoc duties as requested from time to timeExperience Required:Previous administrative experience, gained in a financial services environmentExcellent knowledge of M365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookReliable, hardworking and organised, with demonstrable ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectivelyProactive with an ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environmentBe able to deal with clients in a professional and confidential mannerFlexibility and adaptabilityAbility to manage upwardsSelf-driven and motivatedAbility to communicate at all levels of the organisationPolite telephone mannerGood numerical skillsDiscretionary effort with a willingness to go above and beyond when neededPersonal AttributesKindValues-drivenExcellent communicatorAdaptable and willing to get stuck into whatever needs doingDepth of character and gravitas but operating with humilityThe drive and attitude to excel in a high performing environment whilst maintaining high levels of integrityEnergy, dynamism, and passion for complex business challengeOrganised, rigorous and disciplinedPragmatic and practicalAbout UsFounded in 2012, Puma Capital Group is an award-winning investment manager operating within the tax efficient space and is a leading provider of growth capital to UK SMEs and property finance to developers and real estate investors.The Puma Capital Group comprises four businesses focused on delivering long-term sustainable growth for our investors and partners: Puma InvestmentsPuma Property FinancePuma Growth PartnersPuma Public MarketsCollectively the Group has over £1 billion in assets under management, supports over 14,000 investors, and has funded over £2 billion in property developments across the UK.
