Team Carney, a government contractor specializing in partner support and performance acceleration, is seeking a skilled and motivated professional for the role of Capture Specialist/Business Development Analyst, with experience in the federal government contracting sector. This position requires a unique blend of expertise in capture planning and developing teaming relationships with partners. THIS POSITION IS REMOTE. Key Responsibilities: Develop extensive network of client and partner POC'sCreate and implement strategies to secure new business. Assist capture efforts including solution design and teaming. Perform market analysis and competitor assessments to find opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry experts. Identify potential markets and develop entry strategies. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging markets to drive growth. Develop partnerships and alliances that enhance business opportunities. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, political science, law, or a related fieldExperience in Federal government acquisition office within past three years (as a contractor or government employee) Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, capture management, or related roles. Experience with government procurement processes (e. g.
, GSA, DCAA, DoD) Proficiency in proposal writing and proposal support Ability to travel on an as-needed basisU. S Citizenship is required. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and is based on full-time status. Part-time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represent the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements) and is just one component of Team Carney's total compensation package for employees.
