About The Role - Mō Te TūrangaThis isn’t your typical billing role. As a Billing Specialist at Team Global Express, you’ll be a key investigator—digging into freight discrepancies, uncovering patterns in claims, and ensuring financial accuracy across our operations. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify issues early, recover costs efficiently, and maintain robust reporting that drives smarter decisions.

You enjoy solving problems, working across teams, and making sense of complex information to deliver real impact. Additionally, You Will NeedProven experience in billing, claims, or insurance—ideally within transport or logistics. Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies. Confidence in using financial systems, reporting tools, and Excel.

Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders. The ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and composure.
