About The Role - Mō Te TūrangaReporting to the Customer Service Team Leader you will: Support and liaise with our internal/external customers. Develop and maintain strong internal/external customer relationships. Be involved in any process improvements to raise quality and service. Pro-actively identify and inform customers of any network delays. Managing customer queries via phone/email and manage customer escalations.
