Job Purpose:The DCBI Team head 1 will be reporting to Head of Production Point and Head of DCBI(Data Center Base Infrastructure)The DCBI Team head 1 will also be managing few teams in DCBI areas (Linux team, Veritas, Windows team) from administration point of view.The DCBI Team head 1 has a basic technical orientation and acts in the role of the Cell Member. The DCBI Team head 1 has an agile and digital mindset that he always adapts to the current requirements using the appropriate development options. In order to achieve this, the Team Head 1 work autonomously, independently and self-organized. For this purpose, team members are given responsibility for all processes and systems that are necessary for the responsible products, processes and services and Team head 1 has to also oversee their task and ensure that the task are delivered as per request. Team Head 1 is responsible to ensure open communication between team members to achieve regular and timely feedback. This enables the rapid detection and correction of errors, so-called "Fail Fast", enabling rapid response to changing conditions and customer needs through iterative action. DCBI Team head 1 to use where his knowledge and experience is needed. It is therefore flexible in terms of use in different cells and chapters, even across cluster boundaries.Key Activities:Understand and comply with Commerzbank’s Code of Conduct. Manage/supervise and guide staff; evaluate staff performance and provide feedback; perform staff hiring, disciplinary activities and employment related decisionsEnsure all the KPI\SLA are met and request for technical and staff reports are given in time to Management and Retaining Organization in time.Promote an environment that encourages cooperative thinking, team spirit and a service-oriented approach by allocating tasks clearly, delegating responsibility and providing pertinent information/feedback to achieve predetermined targets.Support subordinates to develop professionally and reach their full potential in line with the opportunities provided by the company.Acquisition, ongoing development, and transfer of operational/process-related/Linux knowledge on assigned issues.Active tracking of given sub-processes, considering regulatory requirements and process control parameters.Participate in a cross-functional team to complete all the tasks required to deliver the relevant products, services, processes and systemsConduct analyzes and create concepts based on market, trend and competitive observationsAdherence to security standards and ensure stable operation with respect to products, services processes and systemsWhen improving products, services, processes and/or systems, IT accessibility/software ergonomics is taken into account with regard to the objectives of the Commerzbank Inclusion Action PlanTroubleshooting, problem investigation, monitoring and performance analysis and optimizationDisaster recovery as well as security management planning Continuous optimization suggestions for Engineering of efficient, process-technical conceptsCustomer consulting and support with regard to the services responsible forEnsuring internal and external requirements, in particular with regard to regulatory, reporting, compliance and audit, within the scope of the issues under responsibility and using best practicesOperation, maintenance and maintenance of the infrastructure as well as providing powerful support for relevant systems, data maintenance, reporting and authorization managementAdherence to security standards and ensure stable operation with respect to products, services processes and systemsOn-call and out of hours support when necessaryEffective teamwork and proactive communication with internal customersEducation:University/University of Applied Sciences or equivalent professional experienceAt least 5 years of professional experience Experience in IT operations; has own responsibility for systems and/or complex processesSkills Requirement:Plan and deploy all RHEL application servers in production based on the defined processesActive maintenance and updating of productive systemsEnsure 2nd and 3rd level support for the responsible IT systemsAnalyze and correct incidents and problems (cancelations, cross-country skiers, vulnerabilities etc.)Implement changes and releases in the responsible areaDocumentation of the systems used (Asset Database) Technical support of production operationsGood Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Knowledge. RHCA Knowledge Level expected.General Cloud Technology Knowledge, (RHEL on Azure, GCP and Google BMS).Virtualization - VMware KnowledgeFamiliarity with Python, Git, CI/CD (like TeamCity, Jenkins...), Programming Vendor APIs such as Red Hat Satellite API, Azure, GCP or VMware APIs, MS Defender for Endpoint LinuxGood knowledge of either Red Hat Ansible, Ansible Automation Platform, SALT, PuppetDeploy all RHEL application servers based on the defined processesHandle and eliminate the deficiencies identified from the health checks performedMiddleware components (Tivoli, Backup, Nessus…) Security topics (SIEM,Security Patching, PAM)Handle MS Defender predefined tasks (Configuration changes, Scan defect resolution, Network failures,..)Basic Openshift Administration OS Basis MonitoringProgramming of scripts and batch runs for the automation of the system sequence Experience accompanying server migration projects
