You will ensure timely, and quality Accounting & Tax services to our portfolio of clients. Service is delivered to 150+ international Accounting & Tax clients and you will build up and develop team and team members to achieve business targets. In this role you will ensure we have the right team to build long term client relationships and deliver high quality services to our clients, you will also initiate automation efforts. The A&T Team Leader will drive for results and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will lead and develop the Accounting & Tax team which includes managing the team and growing the client base.You will manage productivity and technical improvement and developmentEnsure team are sufficiently staffed and that we deliver ongoing trainingsBuild and develop team with performance managementTake part and participate in day-do-day client workMaximize customer satisfactionLiaise with external parties like auditors, bankers, and relevant authorities.Work with HR on recruitment activities, performance review and employee relations mattersTake lead on commercial expansionArrange events, provide marketing and know howThis role will report into our Country Director for DenmarkKey RequirementsStrong leadership experience working in Accounting & Tax or Outsourcing firm.Experience with Danish Accounting & cost principles.Must have experience preparing annual financial accounts and corporate income tax filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local statutory requirements.Interested in technical development and digitalization of servicesResourceful, independent, and strong problem-solving abilitiesExperience working with SLA’sCommunicates effectively through written and verbal communication in Danish and EnglishWhat’s in it for you?Opportunity to grow and succeed in an international environment: Learning opportunities: you will work with highly experienced colleagues who are ready to share their knowledge and will receive the opportunity to work on diverse and complex client requests.
