At Infomate, we are passionate about enabling businesses to achieve their full potential by providing innovative and efficient solutions✨ Experience #LifeatInfomate – Join our High-Performing I2P Finance Team!📍 Location: Infomate (Pvt) Ltd – Orion City, Colombo 09 🕒 Shift: 08:30 AM – 05:00 PM 📆 Calendar: Sri Lankan📌 Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Invoice to Pay (I2P) sub-function, ensuring all SLAs and quality metrics are achieved.Oversee 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and goods receipts to ensure accuracy and compliance.Manage supplier and stakeholder escalations promptly and effectively.Prepare and monitor KPI dashboards and team performance reports.Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.Prepare MIS reports and support management decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance and accurate financial reporting.✅ QualificationsMinimum 4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP), shared services, or a similar finance function.Previous experience in the telecommunications industry will be an added advantage.Completed or following a Finance/Accounting degree or a professional qualification (CA / ACCA / CIMA / CMA / AAT, CPA) mandatoryProven team management experience, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.Proficiency in SAP ERP systems.
