The Team Lead will oversee the security of applications and databases, implement security measures, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with security policies and regulations. Daily tasks include monitoring for security breaches, managing security incidents, conducting security audits, providing guidance and training to the team, and collaborating with other departments to maintain overall security. Qualifications Experience in Application Security and Database SecurityProficiency in Risk Assessments and Security AuditsStrong knowledge of Security Policies and ComplianceSkills in Incident Management and Security MonitoringExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesExperience with security tools and technologiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fieldRelevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are a plusStrong communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
