Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Team Lead Desktop Browser. The Team Lead will oversee technical support for desktop-related products, lead a team of support specialists, and ensure the smooth operation of desktop systems. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, resolving technical queries, managing team tasks, and implementing computer repair solutions to maintain optimal desktop browser performance. Qualifications Expertise in Desktop Computers, Computer Repair, and TroubleshootingStrong background in providing Technical SupportTeam Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectivelyExcellent communication and organizational skillsKnowledge of privacy-focused technologies and applications is a plusAbility to work independently and foster collaboration in a remote environmentBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
