This role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring high-quality code, and fostering innovation within the team.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of software developers and operations professionals, conducting performance evaluations and supporting career growthFoster knowledge sharing, conduct training sessions, and encourage innovation within the teamOversee project timelines, scope, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to Agile or Scrum methodologiesCollaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and manage expectationsTrack project progress and optimize resource allocation to meet deadlinesEnsure the development of robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions following industry best practicesConduct code reviews and lead technical design discussions to uphold quality standardsDevelop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and reusable code in Java and C#Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Angular, and develop and maintain.
