You will create a supportive environment where team members can thrive, providing regular feedback and guidance to navigate challenges effectively.TEAM DEVELOPMENTYour focus will be on building a resilient, high-performing team by identifying individual strengths and growth opportunities. You will encourage open communication and teamwork, driving continuous personal and professional development.STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATIONYou will regularly engage with global stakeholders to communicate team strategies, initiatives, and projects. By working collaboratively, you will identify and address pain points, potential threats, and future demands, ensuring alignment with Red Bull's long-term objectives.SERVICE DELIVERYIn this role, you will oversee and ensure the high-quality delivery of security services and processes that meet business expectations. You will continuously evaluate and improve service offerings to adapt to evolving security needs and maintain excellence.SERVICE OWNERSHIPAdditionally, you will act as the owner for specific security services, managing operations and support in collaboration with vendors. You will develop and implement innovative concepts and projects to enhance service performance and operational efficiency.Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:At least 3+ years of experience in managing and leading IT teams; experience in building new teams is an advantage.In-depth knowledge of IT security processes and infrastructure.Project management skills and ITIL knowledge are an advantage.Good communication skills (English, German is an advantage).Self-motivated team player with excellent communication, cooperation and leadership skills.Performance- and results-oriented mindset with a willingness to take on responsibility and drive issues forwardAbility to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks and deadlinesDue to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,807 gross per month.
