Apply now for the role of Team Lead IT Services EMEA.Job Purpose And ImpactAs Team Lead IT Services EMEA, you are responsible for stable and secure IT services across the region. You’ll lead infrastructure and service desk functions in Europe, working closely with local and global teams to support business initiatives and roll out global IT capabilities.In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing IT team, oversee IT budgets and suppliers, and ensure that technology enables, rather than slows our business. You’ll report to the Global Director of IT Services.This is an important role with strong visibility, where you combine operational excellence with a hands-on, people-focused mindset.Main ResponsibilitiesLead a regional IT team: coaching, hiring, developing and evaluatingOversee infrastructure, network and service desk operations across multiple sitesSupport business continuity and own disaster recovery plansAligning regional needs with global IT strategy and projectsManage EMEA IT budgets and forecast spendingCoordinate with third-party vendors and contractorsIdentify and implement infrastructure improvements with a strong ROIEnsure compliance with security, SOX, GDPR and PMO standardsDrive innovation and continuous improvement across the IT functionProvide customer-focused, high-quality IT supportWhat You Bring5+ years’ proven experience in IT leadership and team developmentAt least 6 years’ hands-on experience with infrastructure and network administrationStrong understanding of client/server architecture and network technologiesAble to operate across cultures, sites and time zonesFluent in English; Dutch or German is a plusBachelor’s degree in IT or related field is another plusWhat We OfferThis position can be based in multiple locations.
