The Team Lead will play a key role in ensuring that the service level agreements are met, quality controls are in place, and mitigation measures are established. This role will be responsible for the training and coaching of Payment Implementation Team members in line with common trends to maximize the quality within the Team.Responsibilities:Directly manage members of the Payment Implementation Team responsible for the translation of customer documents / requirements into payable activities within the payment platformsMonitor individual performance metrics to ensure productivity aligns with defined goals and expectationsManage implementation queue and assign priorities to ensure adequate resourcing to support SLA requirementsReview unique payment requests/large scale updates for feasibilityServe as a point of contact and escalation for clients and internal Operations TeamsSupport Relationship Management in customer engagement, resource and capacity planning, escalations, and metrics and reportingCollaborate with Project Management on prioritization, resource planning, and SME supportEnsure compliance to established processes and capture of appropriate documentation for audit-readinessCollaborate and communicate with business partners to verify interpretation of contracted terms and rates for accuracyDevelop and monitor controls to ensure standard process and procedures among the Implementation and Verification TeamsSupport and define metrics and reporting, cadence across the business unitEstablish new and enhance current auditing and monitoring checklists and proceduresCoach and develop team members, including ongoing one on one and team meetingsMaintain and deliver a training program to support interpretation and implementation activitiesIdentify industry trends affecting clinical trials and develop understanding of common therapeutic and country-specific nuances specific to paymentsDefine, implement, and enforce output and accuracy parametersEnforce timeliness of complete and correct workflow tracking and metrics for financial billing and reportingPerform other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as time or circumstance necessitateQualificationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience and/or trainingMinimum of 4 years contract management or payments related experience within pharmaceutical or CRO preferredFoundational background in global clinical trial design, contracts and budgetsStrong experience with Microsoft Excel requiredClient and process focusedStrong leadership skills requiredAbility to challenge and improve on existing practices and identify and develop new practices to address gapsMust have excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal and time management skillsWe are aware that an individual(s) are fraudulently representing themselves as Suvoda recruiters and/or hiring managers.
