You’ll lead a dedicated planning team focused on maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet sales demand, whilst balancing service excellence with cost efficiency. Your responsibilities include coordinating the timely and cost-effective delivery of products and feedstocks from Wilmar Singapore and developing master production schedules for both our in-house and tolling production sites. This role manages a team of three and reports to the Supply Chain Manager.Main responsibilities:Responsible for the end-to-end planning process, including inbound supply plan for imported products and master production schedule for our production and tolling sitesLead, facilitate, develop, motivate and appraise the planning team and setting SMART team and individual goalsManage own portfolioManage the allocation process and escalate demand issuesContinuously develop and improve planning related processes and systemsBe the Business Process Owner for planningEnsure inventory levels (DQO), product availability (OTIF) and other planning related KPI’s are metEnsure cross-functional alignment with all internal disciplines and stakeholders to further develop and improve cooperation and business resultsRespect and contribute to the Supply Chain BlueprintWe are looking for a candidate with:Bachelor’s/master’s degree in the field of Supply Chain, Logistics Management or similar. A minimum of 5 years working experience in Planning, Supply Chain of which 2 years in a supervisory positionSpeaking/reading/writing fluent English and at least one other European language, Dutch is highly advantageousProfound knowledge of SCM processes such as planning, inventory management, logistics, APICS is an assetExperience of working with international companies engaged in export-import, trading activities and production/manufacturingExcellent ERP (SAP is preferred)/advanced planning tools (Anaplan is preferred) knowledgeProven track record with process improvements in an international environmentKnowledge of specific contract terms for Oleochemicals (FOSFA & NOFOTA) is preferredMore About Wilmar EuropeWilmar Europe Oleochemicals & Biofuels in Rotterdam and Wilmar Oleochemicals in Rozenburg (Botlek-Rotterdam) together form the Wilmar Europe organization, which in turn is part of Wilmar International.
