*** Please note that this is an 18 month contract ***Reporting to AP/AR Manager, the Team Lead, Project Account Payable is responsible for helping and supporting the Site payment team on their day-to-day activities, reconciling general ledger and projects at end of the month and end of each project, coordinating site-related inquiries, collaborating in the month-end closing processes.Perform accounting and clerical duties related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions in a context of project accounting. The Team Lead will also act as replacement for holidays in all AP Team Lead responsibilities.More specifically, the Team Lead, Project Account Payable must:Verify and approve all Site related invoices ;Oversee all aspects of investigator system errors/improvement (Bioclinica/ Veeva);Reconcile all projects that are ending (CRO/CRU);Help and support the accounts receivable team related to project reconciliation;Help and support the accounts payable team to search and solve invoice discrepancies for site and project related issues;Help and support the accounts payable team to answer site and project questions and inquiries;Actively contribute to the month-end closing activities in collaboration with the accounting department to ensure accurate and on time information; Verify and answer all investigator emails in the specific outlook accountProvide leadership for continuous improvement in account payable area, contributing to the evolution of the tools and process;Increase department productivity and accuracy by developing automated tools and best practices;Prepare reports and analysis for account payablePresent/Review KPI’s and present to ManagerAssure that all employees receive the proper trainingCreate procedures for all tasksRequirements:Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting (B.A.A);Minimum of three years of relevant experience in this role;Excellent written and oral communication skills;Excellent level of English, both oral and written;Proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office, Internet, Outlook etc.);Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at the same time.Our company:The work environmentAt Indero, you will work with brilliant and driven colleagues.
