You will serve as the central interface between production, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, actively develop processes, foster your team’s growth, and ensure smooth collaboration across all levels.Ready to perform? Your tasks with MAXXimum focusATTENTION: THIS JOB REQUIRES A RELOCATION TO GERMANYOperational & Project ManagementEnsure merchandise disposition and continuous demand planning in close coordination with Sales, Product Development, and the Inbound teamPlan, manage, and implement POS display campaigns in retail on time and within budgetCoordinate transport and logistics processes together with Outbound and external service providersMonitor inventory, delivery dates, and ongoing campaigns, including escalation management with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal interfacesManage our B2B customers (retail chains, marketplaces, international resellers, gyms, bodyshops) and support DTC deliveriesStrategic & Process OptimizationHelp design and optimize the end-to-end supply chain (Inbound + Outbound)Build and further develop international supplier and logistics networksImplement process and system optimizations to increase efficiencyDevelop forecasting methods and inventory strategies for B2B and DTC channelsSupport internationalization and expansion projects within the supply chain environmentLeadership & Interface ManagementLead, develop, and coach a cross-functional supply chain teamMotivate, support, and continuously develop your team membersTake responsibility for team goals, KPIs, and continuous improvement of supply chain performanceCollaborate closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Product Development as well as with international partners, suppliers, and logistics providersManage contracts and negotiations with external stakeholdersAnalysis & ReportingCreate and maintain reports and conduct analyses to identify optimization potentialsDerive measures for process improvement and sustainable efficiency increasesYour Skillset – as strong as our proteinSeveral years of experience in supply chain management, ideally with a B2B focusExpertise in inbound processes (disposition, procurement, forecasting) and outbound processes (transport, logistics, customs)Initial or established leadership experience (team lead, deputy manager, or project lead with personnel responsibility)Experience in the FMCG sector (food, pharma, cosmetics, fashion, etc.) is an advantageConfident handling of SAP (ideally Business One), Excel, and Power BIFluent English skills for negotiationsHigh digital affinity, resilience, and the ability to act quickly and solution-oriented in dynamic marketsInternational project or networking experience is desirable
