With 65+ years of expertise, our ecosystem of interconnected products combined with our complete vehicle expertise uniquely positions us to advance mobility in an expanded transportation landscape.Job ResponsibilitiesJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Team Lead, Travel Expense Management Services to support and lead Magna in optimizing global operational financial processes in the Concur system, coordinating / supporting / managing monthly, quarterly and annual final reports related to business travel benefits; ensures compliance with tax and legal requirements and established deadlines; etc.Main DutiesActively supporting the team in processing travel expensesResponsibility for meeting deadlines, whether for support/training/correct completion of expense reports, reporting (e.g. taxes), audits (internal/external) or ad hoc requestsCarrying out projects together with our internal customers and aggregating the value of new companies and customersSupporting and continuously developing the global Concur expense management team with the aim of harmonising processes across all groups and companies.EducationBachelor’s degree in economics or similar majorWork Experience5+ years of relevant work experience.At least 2–3-year experience in managing a teamSkills100% team player.Hands on mentality.Pronounced affinity for numbers and analytical way of thinking.In-depth knowledge and subject matter expert in SAP ConcurExperience with SAP S/4HANA CloudStructured and independent way of working with a corresponding sense of responsibility.Very good MS Office knowledgeVery good knowledge of English (written and oral), German beneficial.Work EnvironmentRegular overnight travel 10-25% of the timeFor committed and motivated employees, we offer interesting and varied work in a dynamic team, together with individual and functional development, in a professional environment of a global company.
