We are conveniently located in the heart of Newcastle CBD and offer a modern, well resources environment for you to work in.ResponsibilitiesAs a Qualified Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality early childhood education and care. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) that respond to children’s needs, interests, and developmental stages. Supporting children’s health, safety, and wellbeing, including accurate documentation of medical, dietary, sleep, and accident records. Creating safe and inspiring learning environments, both indoor and outdoor, with a focus on sustainability and nature-based play. Building respectful and nurturing relationships with children, fostering a sense of belonging, being, and becoming. Collaborating with families to understand and support individual needs, maintaining open, respectful, and confidential communication. Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and service policies, including Child Protection and WHS requirements. Contributing to continuous improvement, including active participation in the development and review of the service’s Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
