Team Leader / Asst Store Manager - Sharjah Retail Store (Emirati Hire)

The job Purpose is to assist the Store Manager (SM) in day-to-day management of du retail stores focusing on the operational and administrative duties related to staff training, work evaluation etc. in order to ensure smooth operations of du store as per the agreed quality.Key AccountabilitiesAssist SM in organizing and managing store administrative work including incident reports, financial reports, stock takeSupport the SM to monitor the queue system and improve waiting times as well as resolve on floor customer issuesAssist SM in planning weekly rota, training schedule and annual leavesAnalyze and record personnel and operational data, and write related activity reportsSupport the SM in monitoring the achievement of quantitative targets - improve Qualitative KPIs i.e. Waiting time, Mystery Shopper report, TT rejection, Document Rejection and Quiz resultsControl cash handling and inventory management in the store ensuring no discrepancies by end of the dayResolve customer complaints and collate feedback on the products and servicesProvide On Job Training (OJT) for new joiners, conduct coaching session to staff that require further development and learningMaintain store staff job results, Monitor Staff attendance and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job resultEnsure safety of cash and valuable inventory in the storeQualifications, Experience & SkillsMinimum Bachelor DegreeMinimum 2 - 4 years of experience in as a sales executive and in charge position. of managing team / StoreComputer literacy (Word.
