Job Title – Team leader – Call centre (Banking)Type - OutsourcedContract Duration- 12 months ContractWork Location – Abu DhabiSalary – Up to AED 10000Mandatory - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a call centre environment in banking industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.Responsibilities:Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the call centre team.Ensure team members meet performance targets and service quality KPIs.Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions.Monitor call metrics, prepare performance reports, and identify areas for improvement.Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer queries efficiently.Ensure adherence to banking regulations, customer data privacy, and internal processes.Support new process implementations and training initiatives.RegardsTASC Recruitment Team
