Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader, located in Gulshan Town. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and supervising a team, ensuring that they meet performance goals and adhere to company policies. They will facilitate team meetings, provide support and guidance to team members, and assist in resolving any issues that arise. The role includes setting objectives, monitoring team performance, and reporting to higher management. Additionally, the Team Leader will be involved in training and development of the team to enhance their skills and efficiency.
