Job Title: Team Leader (In-House Travel Agency)Location: Vienna, AustriaJob Type: PermanentOur client is looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join their in-house travel agency in a team leader capacity. Their clients benefit from a wide range of business jet models, a global network of offices, and our reliable team of aviation experts.Responsibilities:Luxury Travel: You design and implement exclusive travel experiences for our aircraft owners and VIP clients, offering unforgettable moments. This includes seasonal and tailor-made packages, which you market both internally and externally.Client and Partner Relations: You maintain close relationships with partner hotels and rental car agencies, negotiate contracts with new business partners, and ensure that our clients benefit from these services.Operational Tasks: You handle bookings for hotels, rental cars, and flight tickets, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.Business Travel: You make sure that our crews reach their destinations, trainings, and return home reliably and efficiently. You comply with travel policies, provide expert advice, and review expense reports.Controlling and Reporting: You monitor bookings, invoices, and payments, and prepare key performance indicators and reports for management.Leadership and Strategy: As a team leader, you manage duty rosters, lead a team of experienced employees, and develop sales and communication strategies for both internal business travel and the VIP segment.Strategic Procurement: You independently conduct contract negotiations and build strong personal relationships with our loyal customers in the "Luxury Travel" segment.These responsibilities combine strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a strong service mindset to set new standards in business and luxury travel.RequirementsEducation & Experience: You have completed relevant education or training in tourism (e.g. IATA agency) and bring several years of experience in the luxury and/or business travel sector. Ideally, you have worked with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, such as private jet owners.Industry Knowledge & Tools: You possess in-depth expertise in the travel industry, including strong sales and negotiation skills. You are proficient in the Amadeus booking system and ideally have experience with Leon.Strategic & Commercial Mindset: You drive profitability by managing financials, cost calculations, invoicing, and post-calculations effectively. A basic understanding of accounting is a plus.Leadership & Growth Orientation: You are an appreciative leader with a structured, detail-oriented approach and the ability to think strategically and across departments.
