Job DescriptionSupport and ensure the effective implementation of investor communication strategy and business analysis through the preparation of quality communication materials, coordination of activities with investors/analysts, and in-depth analysis of Bank Mandiri's performance and market perceptionResponsibilitiesPrepare communication materials (presentation decks, FAQs, key message points)Prepare briefing notes and summaries of meetings with investors/analysts for managementInitiate and organize ad-hoc events related to investor/analyst communications, such as thematic analyst daysCoordinate investor/analyst visits to management and Bank Mandiri's branch officeMaintain proactive and consistent communication with analysts and investors through meetings, emails, personal contacts, group meetings, and moreConduct stock valuation analysis and compare Bank Mandiri's position with peer banksAnalyze changes in Bank Mandiri's shareholder structureAnalyze sell-side analyst research and opinions related to Bank Mandiri and competitorsMonitor industry regulations and analyze their impact on Bank MandiriTrack capital market developments and macro trends that influence investor perception of the banking sectorCoordinate teamwork and ensure output meets quality standards and deadlinesRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in FinanceMinimum 6 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in equity sales or analysisRisk Management certification (level according to applicable regulations) and CFA certification highly preferred
