Human ResourcesJob PurposeTo support and coordinate the team’s daily activities by ensuring compliance with establishedprocedures, safety standards, and production objectives, facilitate spare parts management,monitor equipment performance, and contribute to the development of team members whilemaintaining alignment with CEER’s policies, processes, and operational goals.Key Functional Responsibilities Supports and coordinates the team’s daily activities, ensuring adherence to establishedprocedures, safety regulations, and production objectives Monitors production requirements and priorities, ensuring the effective utilization ofmanpower, materials, and equipment to meet operational goals. Implements and follow existing protocols for preventive and predictive measures. Assists in monitoring equipment performance using data-driven methods, identifies basicoperational issues, and supports corrective actions under the guidance of higher-levelleaders. Coordinates small-scale technical issue resolution and collaborates with maintenanceteams for repairs Supports spare parts management by tracking inventory levels and reporting shortages.Assists in planning spares for operational lines and facilitates communication for repairactivities related to replaced spares. Participates in team member development by providing feedback, supporting trainingsessions, and sharing knowledge related to equipment, technologies, and operationalbest practices as directed by higher-level leaders. Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure compliance with CEER’s policies, processes,and procedures. Assists in scheduling and conducting inspections to ensure operational reliability andefficiency.Education Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a relevant fieldExperience5 years Minimum, 1 year in a Leadership role
