Team Leader Metrol­o­gy & Equip­ment release (m/f/d)Your new Role and Respon­si­bil­i­tiesThe Team Leader Metrol­o­gy & Equip­ment release ensures the prop­er exe­cu­tion of pro­duc­tion tool and equip­ment homolo­ga­tion process­es, as well as the avail­abil­i­ty of cal­i­brat­ed mea­sur­ing devices, in order to guar­an­tee the com­pli­ance of pro­duc­tion equip­ment, pan­els, and mea­sure­ment instru­ments.Define and val­i­date con­trol and approval process­es for tools, machines, and pro­duc­tion pan­elsDevel­op and mon­i­tor peri­od­ic val­i­da­tion plans for machines and pan­elsSuper­vise val­i­da­tion of new com­bi­na­tions (crimp­ing, weld­ing, twist­ing) and new machinesOver­see MSA stud­ies and cal­i­bra­tion of mea­sur­ing instru­mentsEnsure process val­i­da­tion (PFU)Ana­lyze con­trol and mea­sure­ment reports and imple­ment cor­rec­tive actionsPlan and super­vise cross-sec­tion reports (twice per year)Ensure pan­el com­pli­ance and coor­di­nate engi­neer­ing changes for cus­tomer draw­ing con­for­mi­tyMon­i­tor qual­i­ty KPIs and ensure prop­er report­ingLead, train and eval­u­ate a team (20 employ­ees)Ensure com­pli­ance with qual­i­ty stan­dards, safe­ty reg­u­la­tions, and cus­tomer require­mentsYour Pro­fileMas­ter in Qual­i­ty, Qual­i­ty Assur­ance, or sim­i­lar fieldMin­i­mum 5 years of rel­e­vant pro­fes­sion­al expe­ri­ence in a glob­al­ly oper­at­ing, man­u­fac­tur­ing envi­ron­ment, ide­al­ly with­in the wiring‑harness or auto­mo­tive sup­pli­er indus­tryGood Eng­lish and very good French Skills (writ­ten and spo­ken)Expe­ri­ence in guid­ing and super­vis­ing a teamFirst expe­ri­ence in train­ing team mem­bers is ben­e­fi­cialStrong team spir­it with good com­mu­ni­ca­tion and inter­per­son­al skillsGood orga­ni­za­tion­al and time‑management skills com­bined with a solution‑oriented mind­setExpe­ri­enced in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Pow­er­Point, Out­look)How to ApplyPlease sub­mit your appli­ca­tion via the but­ton below, or send your appli­ca­tion doc­u­ments (CV, diplo­mas, cer­tifi­cates) to the fol­low­ing email address: recruitment@sebn.com
