Your main responsibilities:Analysis of sales results and team KPIs, and preparation of reportsConducting business negotiations, build long-term relationships with key clientsPlanning of sales activities and development strategiesDelegating tasks, motivating the team and monitoring performanceCoaching and employee development – training and improving team competencies.This is the right job for you if you have:Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales team leaderExperience in conducting strategic discussions and business negotiations with international companiesKnowledge of how online business, e-commerce, and marketplace models operateKnowledge and hands-on experience in sales and building relationships with clients/sales partnersIndependence, sales-oriented mindset, and ability to work under time pressureHighly developed communication and negotiation skillsAnalytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions from dataProficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms)Fluent English, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level)Willingness to business travel.What we offer:Flexible working hours in an office first model (4/1) that depend on you and your team.
