Become part of our team of more than 19.000 employees worldwide and shape your future at HUGO BOSS!HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear, Accessories and Licenses.We are looking for a dedicated Team Lead to join our Bodywear and Hosiery Business Unit, taking ownership of the following key responsibilities:What you can expect:Lead and train the Product & Vendor Sustainability Team while fostering a meaningful and enriching learning environment;Build and maintain strong relationships with approved vendors, ensuring compliance with HUGO BOSS guidelines, legal contracts and risk management requirements;Oversee vendor onboarding, classification, performance evaluation and manage nominated suppliers;Act as the main point of contact for vendors on sustainability initiatives, ESG and Restricted Substance List compliance;Coordinate vendor release and phase-out workflows through internal systems, ensuring alignment with company standards and timeline;Support vendors in meeting social compliance and sustainability requirements, driving supply chain transparency and managing audits and traceability projects;Collaborate with internal teams, locally and from HQ, to develop sustainability guidelines, drive product sustainability initiatives and support the achievement of global sustainability targets.Your profile:Proven experience in fashion sustainability, with a track record of leading vendor management and sustainability teams;In-depth technical knowledge of product sustainability, risk management, certifications and compliance standards;Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Sustainability Tools; experience with PLM as a plus;Fluent in English;Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills to drive strategic initiatives and team performance;Effective written and verbal communication skills to facilitate collaboration and engage stakeholders.Your benefits:Inspiring Global Workplace: Immerse yourself in an international, multilingual environment that thrives on digital innovation and creativity;Work-Life Balance: Benefit from our Smart Working program and flexible time approach, designed to support your personal and professional balance;Wellness and Safety: Enjoy continuous health and safety support, along with access to our state-of-the-art fitness facilities;Seamless Relocation: Receive comprehensive relocation assistance to ensure a smooth transition for employees joining us from abroad.We are a global company with our employees representative of the world at large.
