We're expanding our Mobile Tyres service, and we're looking for a passionate and experienced Team Leader to help us lead the chargeAbout The RoleAs the Tyres Team Leader, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of our mobile tyre service. Your key responsibilities will include:Leading and mentoring a team of mobile tyre technicians, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.Optimising operations by streamlining processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Managing service delivery, ensuring bookings are efficiently coordinated to meet demand and exceed member expectations.Developing team capability, providing technical guidance and coaching to enhance product and service knowledge.Promoting a safety-first mindset, while upholding high standards of service quality and member satisfaction.Navigating conflict constructively, by fostering collaboration and positive working relationships across teams.Outstanding communication, relationship building and leadership skills What You’ll BringProven experience leading a remote workforce in operational environments.Experience in motoring environments, ideally in a leadership role such as Team Leader or Foreman.Solid understanding of occupational health and safety systems and practices.A proactive, results-driven approach with strong communication and decision-making skills.Ability to foster trust, manage conflict constructively, and collaborate effectively across teams.Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.Competence in using computer systems and digital tools to manage bookings, performance data, and operational workflowsDesirable QualificationsTertiary qualifications in Business Management or equivalentTrade Qualification (Cert III)Motor Vehicle Repairer’s LicenceWhat Can We Offer You?A career at RAC is more than just a job.
