Role Description As a Team Leader – Operations, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of cinema facilities. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining operational standards, resolving customer inquiries, analyzing operational metrics, and ensuring continuous improvement. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jabalpur that requires a commitment to excellence in operations and teamwork. Qualifications Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and excellent Communication skillsProven ability in Operations Management and possessing sound Analytical SkillsLeadership experience with a focus on People Management and collaborationProblem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challengesPrior experience in hospitality, entertainment, or service industries is advantageousFlexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentA diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
