Ejendals has about 450 employees located in over 30 countries.About the RoleWe are now looking for a Team Manager Customer Contracts within our Customer Service department. In this role, you will lead a team of Coordinators who support the Ejendals organization in the development and maintenance of business processes, ensuring a consistent and positive customer experience. You will collaborate with the Sales teams to align and manage business administration and customer information, including prices, bonuses, and conditions.Main TasksLead and develop a team of Coordinators who support colleagues and customers across 35 countries.Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate business processes.Support and work closely with sales teams globally.Second eye on customer contracts/agreements for accuracy and compliance.Lead continuous improvement initiatives.Foster team development, providing coaching and support to achieve professional growth.In the role Team Manager Customer Contracts you will report to the Customer Experience & Service Manager and you will be part of the Customer Service management team.Traveling will be necessary.Education and ExperienceAs our Team Manager Customer Contracts, we think you have relevant University degree or long experience from a similar field. But most important, you are a motivating team leader and partake in supporting development as well as acting in a competence and knowledge sharing culture.Your ProfileRelevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.Experience in leadership and team development.Knowledge of business administration and processes.Understanding of financial KPI’s.Experience in international B2B environments is meritorious.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with knowledge of the ERP system SAP.Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.As a person, you are a positive and proactive team player with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
