REQUIREMENTBachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Wellness, or related field is preferred. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or wellness center would be given a preference. However, freshers with the right attitude and strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Strong organizational and time management skills. Should be flexible to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the operational requirements. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet and welcome all spa guests courteously and ensure a seamless experience.
Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and courteously. Schedule and confirm spa appointments using booking software. Booking of wellness programs a per the Standard Operating ProcedureProvide information about Spa services, treatments, pricing, and packages. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Coordinate with therapists and other spa staff to ensure timely and smooth service delivery. Manage inventory of SPA desk supplies and other related items. Resolve guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues to management as needed.
