The Team Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring targets are met and strategies are effectively implemented. Responsibilities include managing team performance, motivating team members, analyzing sales data, devising improvement plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
