Role Description: The Team Specialist plays a critical role in supporting team operations, enhancing collaboration, and ensuring the efficient execution of departmental projects. The Team Specialist works closely with team leaders, managers, and cross-functional teams to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment across initiatives.Key responsibilities include organizing meetings and team events, preparing reports and presentations, tracking project progress, and supporting administrative and operational tasks. The Team Specialist also acts as a liaison between team members and leadership, ensuring that information flows smoothly and issues are resolved promptly. Strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to foster positive team dynamics are essential for success in this role.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.2+ years of experience in team coordination, project support, or administrative roles.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with team members, management, and external partners.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, or similar).Ability to monitor team performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.Experience in scheduling, meeting coordination, and documentation management.Problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and address challenges proactively.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.Adaptability to changing priorities and flexibility in a fast-paced work setting.Experience in onboarding, training support, or employee engagement initiatives is advantageous.Positive attitude with a focus on fostering a collaborative and productive team culture.
