The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in payroll, human resources, accounting, or consulting, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliance. Professional certification is mandatory. ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update payroll records, employee data, and salary structuresCalculate salaries, tax deductions, pensions, bonuses, and other statutory remittancesEnsure compliance with all payroll laws and regulations (e. g.

, PAYE, NHF, NSITF, pension)Prepare and submit payroll reports to managementRespond to employee inquiries regarding salaries, deductions, and payslipsAssist with audits and end-of-year payroll reportsCollaborate with the HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate financial and employee data.
