Must have troubleshooting skills for clients and servers, Outlook, Skype for Business, Email, Messaging, PST, WINDOWS SERVER 2012, 2016, 2019, Windows 10 & 11, BitLocker, Office Apps, Migrations, Disaster Recovery and Backup solution, Archivingand Enterprise VaultPreferred company-based IT experience including Tier 1/2 help support or juniorsys/net/database/security admin experience or network engineering experience.
