Tech Lead Engineer

Job Description:We’re looking for a Tech Lead Engineer professional who plays a pivotal role in guiding the technical direction of projects and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. We offer an international collaborative work environment with Japanese company and opportunities for professional growth.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in software development / at least 2 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.Strong proficiency in Python and React (hands-on coding is required).Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, and API integration.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices is an advantage.Capable of guiding team members, troubleshooting, and providing technical solutions when challenges arise.Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude in reporting progress (Ho-Ren-So approach), regularly provides updates and promptly reports any issues or project delays.Proven experience working with international (English-speaking) companies or teams, demonstrating strong English communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Willing to work WFO.
