This freelance role starts 1st November and requires on-site presence.As the Tech Lead, you’ll drive the HCM technology strategy, lead digital transformation across HR systems, and oversee the delivery and optimization of platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce, LMS, Paradox, Harver, and Peakon.📍 Location: Copenhagen (on-site)📅 Start date: 1st November💼 Type: Freelance contractWhat you’ll do:Define and execute a forward-looking HCM technology roadmap for the retail workforceLead DevOps and platform ownership, ensuring seamless integration with payroll, scheduling, and POS systemsChampion mobile-first, data-driven, and compliant workforce solutionsMentor a team of architects, developers, and analysts, fostering technical excellence and agilityPartner with senior stakeholders to align business value and delivery prioritiesWhat you bring:8+ years’ experience leading HCM technology initiatives (retail or consumer sector preferred)Strong expertise in HCM platforms, integrations, and cloud-based architecturesExperience with high-volume hiring, labor forecasting, and HR analyticsSkilled in Azure, SAP, Dayforce, APIs, and mobile-first designExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsFor more information please share your most updated CV to andrea1@senovo-it.com for immediate consideration
