Join to apply for the Tech Lead role at Outliant.Outliant is a fully-remote, US-based digital product development and startup consulting company with a culturally diverse team.OverviewWe're looking for a Tech Lead who can join the Winona Engineering team.As a Tech Lead, you'll be a trusted advisor and own the entire technical lifecycle for assigned projects, applying a broad range of specialized skills to tackle complex challenges and drive innovative solutions.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical direction for a single team, including architecture, frameworks, and tool decisions.Support engineers through regular one-on-one mentorship and skill development.Escalate engineering and HR issues to Engineering Manager and HR Director as needed.Promote a healthy, safe, and collaborative environment.Contribute hands-on engineering work, including coding, implementation, code reviews, pair programming, and best practice enforcement.Partner with product managers and designers to translate requirements into scalable technical specs.Troubleshoot complex technical issues during development and deployment.Develop and implement a technical strategy aligned with product vision and business goals.Lead the technical team to design and deliver scalable software solutions.Advocate for coding standards and process improvements.Identify and implement solutions to address complex requirements.Decompose challenges into actionable tasks and prioritize workload.Maintain clear documentation and facilitate cross-team collaboration.Proactively address technical bottlenecks and ensure conflict resolution.Monitor emerging technology trends and maintain current knowledge.Requirements6+ years of software development experience, including 1–2 years in a technical lead or equivalent role.Mastery of relevant programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.Strong experience with Contentful, Webflow, WordPress, ReactJS, JavaScript, AWS, PostgreSQL, and Nuxt.js.Strong understanding of system architecture, design patterns, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Strong leadership, mentorship, and delegation capabilities.Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple concurrent projects.Adaptable to evolving technologies and industry trends.Experience driving process improvement and change within a team or organization.BenefitsFully remote, competitive compensation, flexible work arrangements, career advancement opportunities, and a diverse inclusive culture that values women's health and empowerment.All openings require video interviews conducted via Google Meet and/or Willo.Please contact our recruiting team at ******/Careers for inquiries.#J-*****-Ljbffr
