Tech Lead (Python/FastAPI) Remote (B2B Contract, ASAP Start)

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with a strong background in Python and modern SaaS architecture to lead the technical development of a high-scale, multi-tenant application. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining architecture, coding, and team guidance.📌 We are looking to hire ASAP.As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day technical leadership of a project team. You will guide developers, review and improve code quality, ensure best engineering practices, and make key architectural decisions. You will work closely with management to align technical execution with business goals, while also mentoring engineers and contributing directly to the codebase.ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor the development team, providing technical direction and guidance.Drive architectural decisions for a multi-tenant SaaS platform built using Python and FastAPI.Design and maintain microservices-based solutions for large-scale applications.Plan and manage tasks, ensuring timely delivery and high code quality.Review pull requests, enforce engineering best practices, and oversee CI/CD quality.Collaborate with product and management teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.Ensure security, scalability, and performance across all services.Act as the bridge between management and developers.RequirementsMust-Have Experience8+ years of software development experience.6+ years of hands-on Python development.2+ years in a Tech Lead or similar leadership role.Proven experience building SaaS applications with multi-tenancy.Strong background in microservices architecture.Experience with FastAPI as a primary framework.Experience working on large-scale, distributed applications.Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and best practices.Ability to write clean, maintainable, testable code.Advanced English level (C1).Availability to start ASAP.Nice-to-HaveExperience with React (not a primary requirement).Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure).CI/CD, DevOps mindset (Docker, Kubernetes).Knowledge of security standards for SaaS platforms.What We’re NOT Looking For❌ Developers whose primary background is Node.js or React with only limited Python experience.This role requires deep Python expertise first and foremost.
