The role requires to provide end to end HR services and to manage IT workforce for Tech Mahindra, Philippines.
ResponsibilitiesTo partner with the leadership to understand business environment and work priorities to develop and execute innovative solutions to address current associate management Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, Associate handbook that align with the company's objectives and local laws and practicesEnsure that employee relations issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner, including counselling employees and conducting investigations when necessaryEnsure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations, including but not limited to labour laws, data privacy regulations, health and safety, and anti-discrimination lawsDevelop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfactionEnable people transfer process under local laws as and when neededUndertake restructuring and related actions when situation arisesWork closely with recruitment, immigration and C&B as an HR subject matter expertQualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related fields4 to 9 years of experience in any HR stream.
Experience in Regional HR, C&B or Business HR is preferred. Must have a strong understanding & knowledge of Philippines labour laws and regulations, including employment contracts, terminations, and employee benefitsStrong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsExcellent organizational and project management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
